At UNEEDIT.COM we strive to provide you with high quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused, unopened item to us within five (5) days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. As part of our money back guarantee, if you receive a damaged item or an item in error, we’ll gladly pay for the return shipping cost and waive the restocking fee.
Returning Damaged Merchandise
You are required to contact our Customer Service Department within twenty four (24) hours of receiving a damaged item. If you do not contact us within (24) hours your claim is subject to rejection and no further action will be taken.
In order to return merchandise, we require our customers to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and Return Address.
There are certain products that we are unable to accept unauthorized returns, so please be sure to contact Customer Service prior to returning any items to us.
To obtain a RAN, call or email Customer Service. Please be prepared to provide the following information to our representative:
- Your Name
- Your Company Name
- Order Number
- Item Number of item(s) to be returned
- Reason for your request
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including but not limited to:
- Any closeout item
- Special order items
- Partially used items
- Embroidered Chairs
- Food and Drink items
- First Aid Medical Supplies
- Floor Mats
- Any type of aerosol cans
- Items returned without a Return Authorization Number
- Requests to return furniture more than five (5) days after the delivery date
You must return your original invoice, marked with the Return Authorization Number, inside the box.
Ship your returned items to the address given by our Customer Service department.
The items approved for return with your Return Authorization Number must be post-dated within 5 days of your receipt of the RAN.
Items returned thirty (30) days after the issuance of a RAN will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
UNEEDIT.com is not responsible for lost packages. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method.
Return credit is issued only for the product total.
All returns on Industrial items, which do not involve damage, will be refunded for the purchase price, less the actual cost of shipping.
Original shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable.
The return is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Receiving your Refund
Once your return is received, a customer’s account is credited within 15-20 calendar days. Although we strive to credit your account as soon as possible, during this time we process the return and ensure posting by the customer’s financial institution.
