How do I register and open an account?
Opening an account is easy and takes only a couple of minutes! Click on the following link: New Members Sign Up Here , fill in the requested information and click on the “Create Account” at the bottom of the page. You will be sent an email with a special link that will allow you to validate your email address and set your own account password. Please ensure you keep your password in a safe place.
What should I do if I forgot my login information?
Unfortunately, we do not store login information on our system. You can recover your password very easily by clicking the 'My Account' link. For your protection, all you have to do is input your registered email address, and hit the 'Request a New Password' button, and a new password will be sent to the registered email address. This is only good for ONE use, and you will need to change it after you login. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Service, and we will be happy to assist you.
What types of payment do you accept?
UNEEDIT.COM accepts the following types of payment:
- Major Credit Cards Accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Google Checkout
We do not accept C.O.D. at this time.
How do you protect my credit card information?
We do not store credit card information on our servers. You can safely pay with your credit card during the checkout process using our secure server driven by Comodo’s proven system.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from order being placed.
How do I track my order?
What do I do if I forgot my order number?
It’s easy! Just log in to your account and review the order history at the bottom of the page. Your order number will be listed.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track and then click on “Orders” to see all of your orders. Click on the individual order to see your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "Completed", please contact customer service for assistance.
When will my backorder arrive?
Because we use a multitude of suppliers, back orders are a rare occurrence. However, if an item is on back order, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. Please contact our Customer Service Department about a back order or assistance in selecting another product.
What's your shipping policy?
Our principal parcel carrier is UPS Ground and we offer FREE SHIPPING on thousands of products everyday! The cost of shipping a package will be determined by the subtotaled price of the items in your cart, before discounts are applied and at the exclusion of items that are currently shipped free of charge. All shipping costs are clearly indicated, prior to finalizing your transaction. For items that do not qualify for free shipping, our rates are:

What are your shipping exceptions?
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Post Office Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
- Our fees do not include anything beyond curbside delivery.
- Parcel carriers classify some items as HAZARDOUS. These items are subject to an additional handling fee.
How do I estimate delivery time?
